The IEEE AICAS Women in Engineering (WiE) Forum aims to support women and underrepresented minorities (URM) as they advance their careers in academia and industrwomen_engineeringy. Its goal is to promote diversity within the IEEE community, specifically in the Circuits and Systems (CAS) field. A diverse community plays a crucial role in driving innovation within the CAS ecosystem, which in turn contributes to societal advancement. This forum aims to provide practical advice to women and URM, helping them navigate career obstacles. It also builds connections between senior and junior researchers, fostering a more inclusive community.

Integrated into the AICAS program, the forum will include a panel followed by casual conversations covering topics such as barriers to entry, resources available within IEEE and in general, and challenges in IEEE Region 8, with a focus on promoting dialogue and finding solutions.
